Hello,
The other night I had some very lo-key sex with a newly found partner of mine- nothing rough or rigorous. In the morning we had sex again, using a condom both times. However, by around 5PM tonight I noticed what appeared to be tiny little rashes on the head of my penis. There were about three or four red dots that did not feature any raised skin, spread and not clustered. These "dots" were also about a millimeter or two in size. The larger red "rash" was a few centimeters in length and about the size and shape of a large grain of rice. This red portion of skin also featured a very tiny white pimple-like dot that was a lighter shade of red, almost white (when looked at under a magnifying glass). On the side of my head there was also another red irritated portion with a similar tiny pimple-like dot. None of these areas itched or hurt, and at the most tingled momentarily and only once. I applied a 1% Hydrocortizone cream to the affected areas and within at least 3 or 4 hours just about all the redness disappeared or changed to a very faint pink. I can still, however, make out the extremely tiny pimple-like raised "dots" I mentioned earlier (it is easier to see with a magnifying glass but can barely be seen if I look extra hard).
So what's going on here? To give you some background information, the last sexual encounter I had prior to last nights was rough and energetic, lasting an hour or so. The next morning after that encounter, I noticed a dry and red irritated spot on the shaft of my penis that healed up within a few days with the use of some hydrocortizone 1%. I used a condom then and I used a condom last night. The sex was very lo-key last night but did involve some un-protected penetration, but only very briefly. Could I be allergic to latex? Perhaps in the rush of things I brushed to harshly onto her rather prickly pubic stubble? I also have a fairly long history of eczema and have very sensitive skin. Please help if you can :)
Thanks!
