What do I do? Why am I this way? Where do I go? How can I make myself do it without having a panic attack about everything I just want to be better I need free services all my money goes to take care of us. Is there someone that will come to my home?

Call Catholic Charities or Lutheran Social Services or the human resources division of your county. All three have counselors who will work with you on a sliding scale, with what you can afford.
