I am all most 32 years old,and my mom past away when I was 18,she never got one payment of child support from my dad,and I am her beneficiary can I collect back child support?

In a word - no.

Did you mom file for support? If a court order exists for support then your father owes it to your mother's estate. The estate can file a claim for the support if it hasn't been closed.

If there ewas no support order, then no.

I "assumed" that after 14 years it was moot - but, yes, you're right.

Interestingly I read that the Statute of Limitations applies - now I am curious and wonder if there is a time frame within which a claim for child support must be filed.

I am going to check this aspect out. I'll be back.
