Hi my brother age of 27 is facing some slight ulcer problem, yesterday gone with endoscopy, he is getting fever which is not showing outside and from 2 days he getting nose bleed as 5 drops perday... we gone through typhaid,maleria,widal tests but all are well so what is the problem
