This is not y dog's normal behavior. She is a 10 year old Toy Fox Terrier. When I take her outside to go potty- normally within 5 minutes she will go and do her #1 and #2. Over the past week, I noticied that when I let her out, she will immediately lay down. I have to keep telling her to "go potty" "go potty". She is also like that in the house, as soon as she comes in she will immedately lay down. Is there something wrong with her? Why does she do this?

A 10 year old toy should not be showing signs of old age, unless she didn't have much exercise. She could be getting arthritis. Is colder weather coming where you live?
Of course if this started suddenly, it might be something more sudden, an injury or illness, and a trip to the vet is needed.
Have you examined her pads, paws, claws, and legs, and feeling them and moving them to see how she reacts?
