Yes I do know how to help. I told you to see a doctor. If your mom is in the military (indicated by her being deployed) then you have medical coverage so go see a doctor.

Your age matters since, in many areas, it is illegal to do body piercings on a minor without parental consent.

Frankly I think you are lying to us. I think you illegally gor a piercing and are afraid to tell your parents which is why you don't want to go to a doctor. So don't go to one, let the infection spread to where you could have even more serious medical problems.
