I'm only 15 but my hair is falling out a lot, and the middle towards back of my head is almost balled, I got really scared when I wash my hair, and brush my hair, I could pick up chunks of my hair after I showered and blow dried it, I've never straighten my hair, and I don't style my hair a lot, my hair is really thin and straight. And I used to pull out my hair a lot, but I don't do it now, is it one of the reason? Im so stress about it.

You need to see a doctor about this to find out why this is happening.

I'm a female, and I do eat pretty balance for my meal, but I eat kind of salty thought :/ and yes, pulling off my hair was a nervous habit.

Don't put too much heat on very thin or fine hair. If it's almost bald, I would be so nervous too! I'm actually having quite a similar problem, but not exact. My hair is über thin and wavy, and I want to make it thicker somehow naturally. It always sheds at least a little when brushed or washed. I hope you figure out what's wrong! I really do xxx

Then you don't, I guess have any bald spots? If mom can not see a problem, perhaps you are over reacting ?
