Hi I am 5 week pregnant and this is going to be my 3rd pregnancy. I went in to the er because of some bleeding the bleeding was dark red and brown it wasn't like period bleeding it was probably just like a quarter size and only lasted for 15 min I was wondering is this a miscarriage because the doctor at the er said they can't give me a ultrasound because I'm only 5 week so they did a hcg blood test and it came back I was only 95 she said it was kind of low for 5 week so she want me to do another one in 2 days to see if it goes up but when she check my cervix she said there is no sign of miscarriage thought so what is happening to me??

There's really no way for anyone online to be able to tell you. The doctor really is your best bet.
What did the doctor suggest that you do? Bed rest? More testing?
Sadly with things like this often you can only wait, see, hope and pray.
Good luck.

The doctor is telling me to rest more she said there is nothing she can do until I do another hcg blood level on Monday and see if the hcg increase or not so right now I'm just crossing my finger hoping everything is fine but I hate to wait it make me sO nervous and scared..

Bleeding in early pregnancy is actually very common. As long as the bleeding is not bright red period-like blood accompanied with cramping or abdominal pain, you should be fine.
For now, try to rest and keep your activity level low until you have your blood tested again.

I understand how you feel, I've been there, and it was the hardest time of my life. Sadly, I did lose that baby, after a week of resting, waiting, and hoping that everything would be okay.
You can only do what the doctor told you. Stressing out about it won't help, and will actually be more harmful to the baby. I can only tell you that if you start bleeding heavily, you need to get the hospital immediately. I didn't, and I almost died along with my baby.
For now take it easy, continue to take care of yourself, and keep your doctor notified of any changes. Get the testing, and think positive. Whatever is, already is, whatever happens is out of your control. Just think positive, and you'll get through this.
Now go lie down and rest, and please, let me know how it goes.
I'll be crossing my fingers for you.

My bleed had stopped already.. it's stopped by the time I went to the hospital my bleeding only lasted for 15 minutes because this is not my first baby I was wondering could this be my old blood that has been left in my uterus in my previous pregnancy because the bleeding look like old blood it's dark dark red with brown color??

If the bleeding stopped, and was not accompanied by cramping, most likely you are fine. As I said above, bleeding in early pregnancy is very common.
