My little sister is having her bachelorate party tonight and I'm on probation for a DWI. I know, this is stupid, but I really want to attend my baby sister's bachelorate party. I won't be getting drunk. I'll maybe have 3-4 beers. Is this okay? I may have an ETG test on Monday or Tuesday. Also, if you could post a study based on the amount of alcohol consumed that will show positive on an ETG test overtime.

Like 1 beer is positive on an ETG test in 6 hours, 4 beers is positive on an ETG test in 24 hours, etc.

Thanks everyone!

FYI I'm not an alcoholic. I have been squicky clean my whole probation.

Sorry, but if you weren't an alcoholic you wouldn't find it necessary to drink in order to have a good time, and you wouldn't be asking this question.

Post a study to help you circumvent your test? AMHD is not going to help you break the law - it's against policy.

By the way, it's bachelorette - bachelor with the feminine "ette" at the end.

If you are on probation, you aren't supposed to be drinking alcohol at all.

You're not supposed to be drinking, that's part of your probation. If you break your probation you could go to jail. In other words, drinking, for you, is against the law.

We won't help you break the law, that's not what we do here. You're on your own, and hopefully you'll do the right thing, and realize that you don't have to drink in order to have fun.

How long have you been on probation and how much time is left?

Saying that you have been squeaky clean for your probation and that you are not an alcoholic doesn't mean much when you don't give a time frame for the probation and you are asking how to keep a court ordered test from catching you with alcohol in your system.

I think you are fooling yourself if you think you will only have 3-4 beers and not have any problems. If you have been dry for awhile (months not days or weeks), the alcohol will hit you harder than it did while you were drinking. Plus, allowing yourself 3-4 beers will turn into much more as you get buzzed and caught up in the good times.

Do you want to risk getting caught for public intoxication? If the party is at a private residence, can you guarantee that one of the other guests won't cause a problem and the cops won't be called? Bachlorette parties get out of hand very easily. Are you willing to risk your freedom by having even one drink?

I think you need to be honest with yourself about why you would want to know about how many beers a person can have in what amount of time before an ETG test and still pass. If the party was a one time event, then you wouldn't be concerned about more than one night's indulgence.
