I have a IN-HOM breathalyzer test. I have failed two BrAC test. I signed a statemnt signed by a judge that if I have any positive readings, I serve 180 days in jail. Also possibly revoked from probation. What do I do? I need some advice, please.

What do you do about what?

If you drink and test positive you'll go to jail and probably have your probation revoked (although you can't be in jail and on probation at the same time).

What kind of advice are you looking for?

EDIT: You have numerous open threads about how to beat alcohol testing. You have been given a lot of advice about how long before the test you can drink and still pass - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addictions/after-three-beers-how-long-does-take-pass-breathalyzer-696437.html; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addictions/can-pass-etg-684477.html; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addictions/etg-processing-time-683074.html; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addictions/pass-test-alcohol-682680.html

What is the issue now?

The first one was considered a fail cause of whiting toothpaste. So I have one positive. Can at least one positive BrAC test be dismissed?

You mean by hiring a very expensive lawyer?
Or some mysterious loophole in 'if I have any positive readings, I serve 180 days in jail.'

It's the Judge's decision -

No, do BrAC unit interlock companies give you one positive reading that is not in the report?

Can a lawyer do anything?

What? Are you asking if the company will NOT report a positive, sort of a "go home free" card?

Of course not.

I don't know how - it seems you were sufficiently warned and I suspect the paper that was signed says just that, "last chance."
