What causes the covering of your vagina to burn and be infected if you don't have a yeast infection?

Can you explain what you mean by 'covering?'
There are bacterial infections as well as yeast infections. If you see redness, burning, maybe have a fever, then that is likely a bacterial infection (vaginosis). You need to see a doctor.
You could also have a UTI (urinary tract infection) which also needs to be tested by a doctor or clinic.

There are other types of infections besides yeast infections. Please see a Dr.

keovusi, you should have started a new question.
Please tell us exactly what is wrong and what it looks and feels like, and what you were tested for, and what the doctor said when you told her or him that you still have symptoms.

Its just itchy as if I have a wound so when discharges come in-contact with that area its more like burning and my discharge are normal and the doctor just did a urine test.

Go back or see another doctor. You should have an exam and possibly a culture done.

Get a mirror and a flashlight or lamp and look closely at yourself, and tell us what you see.
