After going through a dozen derms and plastic surgeon consultations and treatments since Luly, for the past month (Since Aug 15) I have been getting bi weekly Triamcinolone shots and noticed my ashy black areas have brightened up and the stark white spots have gotten some golden brown color to them.

It's pretty neat, I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and how it turned out more longer term? For now I am feeling happier every day or week to week, I think something about the triamcinolone is kind of thinning out the ashy hyperpigmented areas like elbows, knees, nuckles, feet, buttocks, and at the same time blending some pigment into the stark white area. I don't know how it works but it is, finally after 5 years or trying to even out my skin after monobenzone, at least something is working so far. If anyone knows how this happened please share, my doctors said its not understood how it works exactly but its something about reducing inflammation of the melanocytes which is the main cause of disfigurement and hyperpigmentation after mono use

Good job

A small update : now I am as white as MJ , in some lights I look like a Caucasian ,however I can still tell the difference of the whiteness I achieved compared to the real Vitiligo patients.Good luck

How long have you been getting those Triamcinolone shots?

And how much longer do you have to get them? Did the Dr. give you any idea?

Which part of your body do they inject the liquid? Is it anywhere on your skin, or some specific areas?

Thanks again for sharing, we need more people like you to share their experiences because I noticed there are a lot of scammers trying to sell products only.
