It depends on the judge, your parole officer, a lot of things.

Parole is put in place in lieu of going to jail. If you violate parole you'll usually be put in jail for the remainder of the sentence you were given.

So yes, it's possible that you could go to jail for violating your parole.

It is a violation, so unless that violation is a crime it is neither a misdemeanor or a felony it is a violation. Is it a violation of a felony or a misdemenaor, It is a violaton of the probation for the crime you had previoiusly committed.

Any violation can cause you to lose your probation and go to jail or prison, depends on how serious the violation is, and other factors from the PO to the judge.
