About three days ago I started experiencing a sharp pain in the outside of my left foot and on top around that area just when walking. It hurts so bad that I can't even walk on it all without extreme pain. My friend told me I might have bruised the bone... but I have no clue how I would have done this.. so I'm just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to what this might be, or any suggestions on what I can or should do. Thank you
