I started bleeding out of no where this morning when I woke up an then I got a heavy bleeding clot w/ lower back an abdominal pain. I took a ibprofine 500, pain went away an bleeding slow'd down. Clots came out here an there, now its 10p.m. an a big clot came out again w/ lower back pain an small sharp pain in my lower abdominal. My last minstral was aug 13 an as of today (sept. 11) I'm 2 days early of my period. Is that my monthly or a miscarriage?

Clots are normal, but I do wonder what you mean by huge. If it's bigger than a golf ball then you should get checked. If you're filling a pad every hour or two then you should see your doctor. If you normally don't have cramping, and this time have severe cramping, then you should see your doctor.
