I watched this movie in school nine or ten years and didn't understand it. Wanted to watch it again to see what it's about, but I don't know the title.
All I remember is there was a boy who was building a treehouse at the beginning of the movie. Then, there's some sort of storm and he rides his bike to a library. He goes in and there's a part of the library with a circular ceiling, divided into portions with characters painted in each portion. I think he may have been going to the hardware store to get more nails, but I don't remember and I don't know how he got to the library.
Drops of paint begin to fall from the ceiling and the characters come to life. The movie then turns animated and I can't remember anything after that, except that there's a character the boy talks to called the Papermaster.
