I failed a dot post accident drug screening. Will I loose my liscence? What do I have to do to get it back?

You will be required to attend a rehabilitation program in accordance with DOT regulations and in order to obtain a return to work certificate. There is little left to choice in DOT programs. Following are the rules applicable to testing. You will be advised of employer action and the steps you must follow but it is wise to be familiar with this:
