Ok, here goes... I used to watch this movie in which the main character rides an older (80's I think) yellow motocross bike. The bike was either Suzuki or Yamaha as I think they both made yellow bikes at that time.

A quick plot summary follows: Movie opens with two friends out riding motocross bikes. One was the Yellow bike and the other was a red Honda, both of the same year approximately. The main character is some kid from a rich family who is somewhat of a rebel.

The friend of the main character dies somehow (I am a bit cloudy on how this happens), but the older brother blames the main character and of course wants to beat him up. At one point during the movie the main character and his dead friend's brother fight at night. The yellow motocross bike he rides suddenly has a headlight on it, which he shines in the dead friend's brother's eyes and then performs a "sneak attack" on him during the fight.

Of course the main character did not cause he friend's death and through the course of the movie he finds some larger plot about why his friends was killed. I cannot remember what the real reason was.
