For the past 4 months when I have my period I feel very swollen and sore - to the point I want to sit in the bath all day! My periods aren't particularly heavy but are very irregular. The is more irritating and uncomfortable than anything else. Like I have just sat on a horse for the past week! Anyone got any ideas on what I can do to stop this?

Do you have a gynecologist? It could be just about anything from inflammation to allergy to a yeast infection.
