When going to start my 2009 Chevy Malibu it shakes really bad then shuts down. I just had an oil change and haven't had any prior car issues.

Don't know why an oil change would cause this but, oil in engine? I had J-- -L- be put the wrong filter on my car, it ran out of oil and the engine sure shook before it seized.

The mechanic may not have properly tightened the oil filter or drain plug. Most of the oil may have been lost and the engine may have been damaged. If so, report it to the outfit immediately and let them know you will be filing a claim.
