Hi My washer filled and stopped . I cannot get it to agitate or spin .I hear no noise at all -not even a hum . I checked the plug and the reset several times , opened and closed it several times and checked to make sure nothing was stuck anywhere . I just removed the clothes to take to my mom's but need some direction . The washer is not very old ----model # 24732300 . Thanks
