I am currently on senate bill 123 probation in Kansas and want to move to Minnesota where my family is. I got into a lot of issues with my ex here and he will be out of prison soon and I do not want to be here when he gets out plus I want to be home with my family. I have three children and I believe its in our best interest to go back where I am from how do I transfer this kind of probation?
