My son father in jail and he want me to put his name on birth certificate to keep him from getting deport back to haiti


If he is not the father it is a crime to put him on the birth certificate. If he is the father, why isn't his name on the certificate?

Also, even if he is the father, his name on the birth certificate will not affect deportation.
