I HAVE to lose almost 30 pound within the next 2.5 months.. I'm a17 year old female and I need ways to lose weight.. I live in nyc I'm in high school. Is there a way I can lose it? Is it possible? How ? Can some one please help? Thanks

The most you can lose is about 7 pounds per month. If you starve yourself hoping to lose more, your body will stop getting rid of fat cells and will instead lose muscles.
It took you a long time to put on the weight, so it will take a while to get rid of it. Walk a lot, whenever you can, take the stairs always, stop eating anything containing sugar, wheat flour, and rice. Drink only water, and lots of it.

Depending on your bmi 20 in 2.5 months is very possible.
What's your height and weight?
