My air condition fan is not spinning I turn it on but and it don't spin.any suggestions before I have to call some one

With this little info we could only guess and don't like to to that. Please expand your question.

Everything with my central air condition turns on but the outside fan does not spin.

Could be a bad motor, bad start /run capacitor, broken wire. Can you hear the compressor running?

If the outside compressor doesn't kick in as well, it could be a power, control wiring or contactor problem.
