I'm a mom and always have a cramp on lower right side. Ultra sound showed small swelling on right ovary doctors thought it was a normal ovarian cyst since I had just had a miscarriage. They gave me peninculin and the pain I felt over the years went away. A few months later I had rough sex and my entire womb vagina anus and legs felt extreme pain. Since then the pain on the right side came back and feels like it has spread. I feel the pain coming from my right ovary area and it spreads up to my right side and right back, into my buttocks and right leg. It also affects my stomach so I feel always full or gassy and if I don't eat I get stomach cramps. I want to check it out but I'm kind of scared to hear I got cancer. What do you think it might be.

Which is scarier, knowing or not knowing? We certainly can't know, even if 20 doctors read this. So go get another ultrasound of your ovarian cyst. They can grow, they can break open. They can be full of water, or fat, or hair, or any number of things that spill out into the abdomen.
You could have appendicitis instead, or in addition, since the pain in on your right side and you have stomach concerns. You could have nothing to worry about, or something that needs treatment. Waiting and wondering just doesn't make sense.

UTI. Infection possible. Have you tried drinking a ton of Cranberry juice? You can have a tubal pregnancy, it could be a cyst or cancer. Does the guy you had sex with have any symptoms? Could be a STD too! Some left un checked will get worse with time. It may be as simple as allergy to latex if you use condoms. I would go to a Gyno if I were you, just to get the real answers and I wouldn't go back to the one you went to before, since they didn't diagnose it. Good luck
