I have a really bad pain in my left forearm. I cannot find the fang marks from a spiderbite but it feels just like the bite I got on my leg once before from a Brown recluse and was numb, same as before, right after I first noticed it. I have iced it and taken pain reliever and nothing touches the pain. My joints on my left arm have been hurting a little too. There is only a pinkish tint to my skin and at this point it has only been 2 days. Does this sound like a spider bite? If not what does it sound like?

It sounds like you need to go to your doctor for treatment.
