Tank is leaking down in to toilet bowl.

I have replace the flapper and the whole flush assembly.

Still got the leak

Either the flapper linkage is too short and not allowing the flapper or you installed the flush valve incorrectly. Go back and check your work, Good luck, m Tom

I can feel the gasket that the flapper goes down on is defective where do I get a replacement gasket?
