Hi,
I am a non-resident alien (F visa) and I had several CPTs with the same organization during 2006. I got a work authorization for CPT from my school, and worked as an independent contractor (as my CPT). However, my employer did not withhold ANY taxes (not even income) when I worked. They didn't send me any form for paying taxes. What should I do to file my taxes for them? What happens if I don't file them right now, but do it later?
Thanks!

If you file and pay late, you pay some pretty STIFF penalties.

File Schedule C with a Form 1040NR and pay the taxes.
