There is water under vegetable drawers and condensation under glass. What could be causing this.

What settings should there refrigerator be at and the freezer setting.

It could be that you are opening the refrigerator too much or it's dirty. Here are some manuals: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/8010163/Maytag%20Refrigerators.zip
You need to pull unit out from wall, unplug it, and remove rear cover. Then spray down condenser coils and fan with spray cleaner and wash off with sprayer on water hose, then vacuum up with wet-vac. This should be done once or twice a year. If it's dirty the compressor cannot work well enough to remove the moisture and this will get worse until compressor burns up and you will then have to buy a new refrigerator. Cleaning it now will prevent this, unless you just want a new one. Make sure to replace rear cover before plugging unit back in, and clean out the condensate water tray, too, and clean any vent holes in covers front and back. Wash them out. This should fix it. I doubt any settings will have any effect until it is clean, besides you cannot tell what is right for a dirty refrigerator just like any piece of refrigeration equipment, it has to be clean first. Just adjust the airflow after it's cleaned to keep food in fresh food section at about 36-40 °. Wait 24 hours between settings at the same time every day, best in early morning after it has been closed all night, then check the temp later in the day before children are around opening it several times an hour.
