\frac{-3}{5}<\frac{1}{5}-\frac{2}{15}w<\frac{-1}{3}
Subtract 1/5 throughout.
Multiply throughout by -15/2. This will isolate the w in the center.
Since you are multiplying by a negative, don't forget to reverse the inequality sign.
Give it a go. Write back if you're still stuck.
