Im 23 yr old female, Indian. Im overweight. My groin is unusually moist all the time, making my panty wet. NO visible discharge. The anal area is extremely dry and scaly. The skin falls off like dandruf on itching. The crease of my groin is so moist that on itching, it gives off dirt tooo! Don't know if it's the residue of antifungal cream or the powder. But sometimes even without them the dirt comes. I tried using clotrimazole and candid powder. ITching has subsided but the dirt and the moistness in the groin is still there. Please guide me.
