Hi I am a 27 year old female. I am having severe menstrual periods. Cramping days before and the first 2 days, that are unbearable. The last 2 cycles I notced spotting about a week after my period. Now I keep getting sharp pains in my left mid abdomen. But they are infrequent. About maybe 1 or 2 every 3-4 hours. I am also dizzy. I even feel dizzy when sitting down. I thought maybe it was a lack of water so I doubled up on that and tried laying down when dizzy but nothing avails. Need help on what this could be, and possible solutions. Just want 2 get an idea before I get to a doctor and thye poke and prod all around .

There is absolutely no diagnosis on the internet, nor here at AMHD. Explain your symptoms to the doctor the way you did here and there will be less poking and prodding.
