Sitting rate my pulse is 100-118, doing dishes or just going to rest room 124-135. Is the normal?

A normal resting pulse rate is between 60-100. If your rate is consistently higher , you should consult your doctor. Are you having other symptoms? Dizziness? Shortness of breath?

I did go ER, because no insurance and he told me to stop smoking and drinking. I think he miss understood the drinking part, but I do smoke. Yes I get light headed taking out the trash. Sometimes just standing up.
