See a doctor... they can examine you and run tests... offer suggestions or medications.

We can't do that online.

Could be a UTI Urinary tract infection. Pain will come if you don't do something no, painfull unrination. Drink a lot of Cranberry juice every day, every 4 hours and if that doesn't help then you need antibiodics from a doc. Could also be a blockage, go to a gyno if you can

Drop in testosterone common at your age, hernia, swollen prostate pressing on bladder, actual bladder problem, etc etc, only tests and examination will tell you for sure.

A gyno? Isn't the poster male?

A gyno? Isn't the poster male?Unless women have started getting erections... and I didn't get the memo. I assumed guy as well.
