I have this ex I'm crazy in love with.. we're both 13.. but my friend is with her the hole time.. and she is showing a little interest in me.. but I'm so shy that if I ask her out I'm going to get rejected.. we've been going out since grade 4-7 (im grade 8 now) and we're in the same high school.. You are 13... you don't understand the concept of love yet. You don't make her like you... thinking you can or should alone speaks volumes that you aren't even close to being ready for this yet.

Worry about school... thats hard enough to do... if you ever want a good job in the future. Girls are the best way to get you in trouble in school.

You're in the friend zone. Will she stay with this new guy? No. She's 13. At 13 she doesn't understand real love any more than you do.

You two won't end up together. You're kids. You shouldn't even be dating at this age. There's a reason for that. You can't grasp love at your age, even if you're "mature" for your age. Your brains haven't even fully developed. Right now you have the mentality of a gnat. You can't have a real relationship. You're just not ready.

You'll get it when you're older. Right now you'll disagree with me, because you're 13 and every 13 year old knows everything. I did too when I was 13. We all did, until we turned 20, when we also thought we knew it all (we didn't), then 25, when we also thought we knew it all (we didn't), then 30, boy did I know it all (I didn't). But at 13? Thirteen year olds really have no clue. Not a single one. That's not an insult. It's just fact.

I can tell you that when it came to love, I really didn't know anything, and neither do you, until I was much older.

You're a kid. Stop trying to be a grown up. Enjoy being a kid. It doesn't last long, and being grown up is not nearly as fun as you think it is. I'd give my left arm to be a kid again. Enjoy it while it lasts.
