The two-wire to the switch box is the line power, usually 14-2 w/gnd romex, the three-wire must be same conductor size, 14-3 with ground that is the switch leg to the overhead ceiling fan.
1. The switch box can house a fan dual switch control. One switch for the motor on/off, the second for the lights on/off.
2. Hook wire up at switch box white to white (neutral)wire nut, black (ungrounded hot) to common on switch input side, then black to motor switch terminal, red to light switch terminal.
3. Bond connect all bare wire grounds together and connect to (the box if metal) and green wire on the metal yoke of the switch if the box is plastic.
4.Follow the ceiling fan manufacturer directions for hookup to the ceiling outlet wiring.
5. Note that the ceiling outlet box must be rated and mounted to hold at least 35 lbs of fan weight to the ceiling joisting. Heavier ceiling fans over 35 lbs require a direct attachment rated for 70lbs. :) nm

4.Follow the ceiling fan manufacturer directions for hookup to the ceiling outlet wiring.
Black to black, white to white, ground to ground, red to blue/striped/red.
The switch wiring looks correct.
