Can my ex boyfriend take me to court for a gift he gave me a year ago but our break up was recent

It's a cell phone there was no circumstances, he also wants me to pay for the disconnection of the number since I refused to take the number

Is the cell phone still in "his name " if it was in his name and you keep it, then yes he may even win'

The cell has only had my info in it since giving to me a year ago as a gift , he put me on his plan cause it was cheaper for both of us, after break up I told the phone company and him I didn't want the number and he turned it off before he even turned it off I got my own account and number do to harassment
