Wrong personn same name. How can they put judgements against anybody in the same county with the same name but they don't have the right person. Affidavit has been signed to resolve issue. But I would like to know if this is legal?

Wrong personn same name. How can they put judgements against anybody in the same county with the same name but they dont have the right person. Affidavit has been signed to resolve issue. But i would like to know if this is legal?


If no one realized it was the wrong person there is nothing "illegal" about it.
