I took a payday loan out with Wonga and on the 29th August the money that I owed them went out fine, then 30th August they took a further 919 pounds out of my account without permission, I have occurred bank charges because of this and further charges because my monthly direct debits have not been able to go out of my bank as normal. I called my bank and they said that Wonga have to rectify the problem so I called them and they have admitted fault but say my money will only return into my bank account within the next 3 working days. By law do they have to pay off whatever charges I occur during this time?
