Without running lab tests, we can't give you a reason. It's possible that you aren't having sex during the optimal ovulation time, it could have to do with your age, possibly your husband's sperm count is low, etc.

It would be wise for you and your husband to make an appointment with a doctor for a pre-conception work up.

Has husband had sperm count ? Have you have a medical exam

Are you tracking using proper methods ( not online or phone app) your ovuation cycle to have sex on the best days

Yes my husband had sperm count? No I did not have a medical exam. I did track the ovuation cycle to have sex on those days.

So your husband when to the doctor and confirmed his sperm count ?

What method are you using to track your ovulation cycle. Temp, chemical ?
Those online or phone apps are not real tracking methods

I had frequent urination problem, shown to urologist, given selofast medicine to check uroflow, but no change, told to have laser cut ,as my urine stays back, not done the surgery. I had contraceptive pills before marriage for 5 times, had multiple sex but with condom, but after marriage I had regular sex, had regular period, but still no conception. I did track the ovulation cycle, had sex on those days, but no conception.Do I need to show to gynecologist?

Sorry to say, but i m using online app to track my ovulation cycle methods.

That is not nearly as accurate as basal body temperature tracking.

So what should I do? Should I need to show to gynecologist?

You really should to to a gyno for a full work up. You should also learn how to take your basal body temperature as well as learning the changes in your cervical mucous.

Thanks for your suggestion. Will surely go to gyno.
