Basically all summer I've stayed up all night and slept most of the day but now that school is starting in a few days I need to get my sleeping back on schedule , any advice?

Start moving the time to go to bed and get up by 2 hours every few days if you have time.
If not stay up one entire day to start the new time difference. This is the same as jet lag where someone travels to a very different time zone
