How long does a judgement stay on the credit bureau and with you... And what if you don't own anything anymore...

It stays on your credit report, on average, for seven years. I've seen information after 10 years.

Whether you own anything doesn't change that.

The Judgment is "good" for 10 years, renewable for another 10, in many States.

Which State?

In some states it is good up to 20, most are 10 and can be renewed for another 10 ( a few are 7 years to be renewed several times.

So you will always owe it and they can garnish and attach anytime in the future as long as it is effective. Showing up on credit report is just the report.

It is suppose to be 7 years on judgements but you will need to check and may have to ask to have it removed after 7 years if they don't
