I have an older model carrier tech 2000 heat pump that I got from a change out , it was good when taken out, the customer just wanted a newer model. After 1yr and1/2 I installed it and when I put the thermostat to cool, it will run for 5 min or so and shut off. I noticed the lineset at the indoor that the liquid line was cold and the suction line was warm, backwards of what it should be... I installed it for my father and law as he could not afford a new one. Please help if you can!!
