I accidentally ate 2 to 4 bites of chicken marsala at
Approximately 8pm on a Friday. Malsala sauce is typically cooked with
Marsala wine. When I realized what it was I immediately stopped and
Induced vomiting a few times. Will this be detected as a positive ETG
Test and if so, how long will it be detectable? I am male 5'8 150 lbs.

You can't "accidentally" eat anything and certainly not repeatedly.

Any alcohol used in cooking is for the flavor and not the effect of the liquor.
The alcohol is burnt/evaporated off during the cooking process so there is nothing to detect in tests.

Any EtG created by residual alcohol would have been completely eliminated in about 12 if it ever reached the level of detection.
