How long for 2 nonalcoholic beers to not test poitive on urine test for 5'9" 150 lb female.

If testing for urine alcohol UEtOH about 2 hours. If testing for EtG anywhere from 6-13 hours. Most likely 2 NA beers would be under the limit on either test at anytime after drinking.

I will be testing for EtG. What is this 80 hour window that everyone keeps talking about? Is there anything else beside UEtOH and EtG that they will be checking for for alcohol in urine?

The 80 hour claim as relates to small amounts of alcohol was crushed by research. There is no urine test that offers a longer detection period than EtG.
NA beer is accepted in driving abstinence programs in Germany and detection period is well documented. Following is a study addressing the expected timing:
