I live in Texas and it is hot. My a/c use to blow hard enough that when I would close a vent it would whistle. Now it don't blow hard enough to cool the house. Cold air is coming out just not cooling the house at all. It stays about 80 to 85 degrees for the better part of the day and makes it uncomfortable at night. I change the filter every month.
