I'm 60 years old, single with no children and I'm not sexually active. I have been having this brown discharge, not a lot, in my panties and on the paper when I wipe myself but not in the bowl. I know that it's coming from my vagina and it comes and go. I do have an appointment with a doctor but I can't wait to find out what it is. I'm really scare that I might have cancer and I don't want to die. Please can someone tell what this discharge is so I don't have to worry so much.
