I'm 16 he's 19. He will be 20 December 11 and I will be 17 jan 6. Can my parents push charges for statutory rape? It was consential. He never raped me.. What will be his punishments? What will happen if they do push charges? I live in Illinois.

It doesn't matter how old you will be or how old he will be. What matters is how old you both were when you began to have sex.
Unfortunately, in the state of Illinois the age of consent is 16, so that means that he cannot be charged for statutory rape. However, if your parents do not allow you to date him, and you continue to do so, he can be charged for parental interference.

Yes
(720 ILCS 5/12-15) Sec. 12-15. Criminal sexual abuse.. . (c) The accused commits criminal sexual abuse if he or she commits an act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct with a victim who was at least 13 years of age but under 17 years of age and the accused was less than 5 years older than the victim.
You were under 17 but he was less than 5 years older.
What will likely happen is he will be found guilty of criminal sexual abuse and serve some time in jail and have a permanent sex offender tag on his record.
This is what the term jail bait means, and he should have known better. He would be best off throwing himself on your parent's mercy and promise to stay completely away from you until you turn 18.
