Unless you have already been offered a job it is unlikely that any type of drug testing will be performed. If a drug test is performed pre-offer it is restricted to basic illicit drugs, per ADA regulations*, and wouldn't detect hydrocodone.

In direct response, single dose hydrocodone might be detectable for 24 hours but must be specifically tested for.
